This is a lovely little cafe. Clean, good food, fair prices and very welcoming to adults and kids alike. Really nice Italian ice cream.
They don’t allow dogs into their outside eating area although they can wait at the gates. This works fine for me as there is an enormous dog mess problem in the area, owners do not clean up after their pets and that ruins the woods.
    Great for little ones.

What a wonderful cafe nestled on top of Shooters-Hill with fantastic views over Kent. The service and food is excellent for a Parks Cafe and great value for money. Would recommend to anyone. On the last Sunday of the month the Cafe hosts the well known Hot Rod club the “DETONATORS CC” who have held there early morning breakfast meet there for over 10 years. Always some exciting American cars to see can’t wait until the next one. Thank you

I am one a of a large group of dog walkers local to Oxleas and we are always keen to find new places to meet, walk the very well behaved dogs and have food and drinks, I went to scout it out lovely area, but the café is off limits, so that is a group of 10 who cannot use the café, and will not bother to use the woods, on each gate to the café a threat of a £1000 fine if we dared to enter, SHAME!!!

Good! Most people do not want your dogs around them when they are eating and relaxing with their children.

I visited last week and am sorry to say that the service was glacially slow and the food was very ordinary.
There were 5 or 6 people working behind the counter but the food was coming out extremely slowly. Several people in the queue passed comment on this.
My table was clean but had a film of stickiness on it.

    Hello,

The link is not working for the cafe, I wanted to check its opening hours and hopefully see the menu. Could you please advise or check the link?

    Many thanks,
    Rachel

Was at the cafe Sunday for full English veggie style…fabulous and the view is to die for. We are there next Saturday as there is a classic scooter ride out between 12 and 2 with music etc.

It would be very helpful if opening and closing times were posted on the website together with a menu. It could save a wasted journey. Many thanks.

Hi Jayne, not sure when you last visited, they did close for a while a few years back for a refurb. Since then they’ve been open as normal.

    Hello,

Could you tell me if the Cafe is still open? I’ve been told it has been closed for some time.

    Thank you.

Must say didn’t find the girl who served me friendly at all, refused to serve me first, as I hadn’t queued in the “right place” (how was I supposed to know) although was there first then nearly refused to take my money as she said she had no change. May be she needs a stint at charm school
